The Weekly Spurs Report
Spurs Holiday 3v3 Charity Classic:
Registration is now open for the first ever Spurs Holiday 3v3 Charity Classic. All competivite players are invited to put together teams of 3-5 players to compete in this event. Each team must register and pay the $50 registration fee on our website. The event will take place on December 31st, registration is open until December 26th.
Teams must be co-ed and each team must have a male and female on the field at all times. The event is split up into 3 different age groups: 2014-2012, 2011-2009, and 2008-2005. Teams must compete in the age bracket of their oldest player.
The winning team in each age bracket will be given the opportunity to choose from a list of Charities to donate the proceeds of the event to. Proceeds are split up as follows:
50% to charity
25% to operating costs
25% to allow the club to host a no-cost summer soccer camp

This Week in Soccer:
Argentina were Champions of the World Cup, giving Lionel Messi his first World Cup Title! It was a thrilling final that finished in pks after extra time finished 3-3.
The Premier League will be restarting with 7 games on “Boxing Day” December 26th. Boxing Day is headlined with a matchup between Liverpool and Aston Villa. You can watch the game at 11:30 on USA.
